• Lab work analysis and discussion prior to beginning the medication (must supply labs completed in the last 3 months or the appropriate labs will be ordered).

• 4 weeks supply of Semaglutide

• 4 weeks of vitamin B12 injections.

*No weekly in-person visits to the office. The client will be self-administering the injections at home*
